📚 Educational & Experience Requirements

• Inspector (BPS-16): The candidate must have a Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC recognized university, or ACCA/CA/ICMA, with at least 02 years post-qualification experience[reference:33][reference:34].
• Audit Officer (BPS-16): The candidate must have a Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC recognized university, or ACCA/CA/ICMA, with at least 02 years post-qualification experience[reference:35][reference:36].
• Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16): The candidate must have a Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC recognized university, with at least 02 years post-qualification experience[reference:37][reference:38].
• Data Processing Officer (BPS-16): The candidate must have a Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer System Engineering, or Information Technology from an HEC recognized university[reference:39][reference:40].

• Step 3: Print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get your CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, you will not be able to apply[reference:52][reference:53].
• Step 4: Apply online for the desired post[reference:54].
• Step 5: After successful submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
• Step 6: Submit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or agent or any branch of UBL Bank[reference:55].
• Step 7: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with bank’s desired stamp safe[reference:56].
• Step 8: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee[reference:57].

📋 Selection Process

• Step 1 – Online Application: Submit your application through ETEA website[reference:59].
• Step 2 – Screening Test: ETEA screening test will be conducted[reference:60].
• Step 3 – Detailed Scrutiny: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear based on provided credentials, but detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority[reference:61].
• Step 4 – Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview[reference:62].
• Step 5 – Final Selection: Recruitment will be made as per the procedure laid down in the KPRA Employees (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Regulation, 2017[reference:63].
